Read the text about festivals in the Midwest. Choose the correct word for each gap.
The Midwest is famous for its festivals. In summer, every state has a big State 1 with rides, animals and food. Farmers show their best cows and pigs, and children eat popcorn and ice 2.
In autumn, families 3 Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday of November. They cook a big 4 and say thank you for the harvest.
On the Fourth of July there is a long 5 through the town, and in the evening you can watch 6 over the lake.
